2-3 weeks prior to your lip blush tattoo appointment:
Refrain from getting filler or injections in the lip area for three weeks prior to the procedure.
Avoid deep exfoliation treatments, such as chemical peels, in the lip area for two weeks prior to the procedure.
1 week before your lip blush tattoo appointment:
Avoid sauna sessions and tanning.
Discontinue the use of fish oil and Vitamin E.
Refer to our FAQ about blood thinners. It is recommended to stop taking blood thinners according to the suggested guidelines. If you are on prescribed blood thinners, consult your doctor and inform us of their advice.
1-3 days before your lip blush tattoo procedure:
Avoid consuming alcohol within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Refrain from consuming caffeine on the day of the appointment.
If you have a history of cold sores, ask your doctor for a prescription for Acyclovir. Start taking it three days before your appointment and continue for three days after the procedure.
